Ingredients to prepare the Pistachios
- 200g of pistachio cream
- 170g of flour
- 1 egg
- 10g of pure pistachio paste
- 10g of butter
Preparation phase of Pistachios with Cream
- Pour the pistachio cream, pure pistachio paste, melted butter and an egg into a bowl. Mix the ingredients together with the help of a whisk.
- Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Then add the sifted flour and continue mixing.
- You will get a stick. Shape into balls that you will place on a baking sheet previously lined with baking paper, flatten them slightly and make a hollow in the center.
- Bake in a preheated static oven at 170 ° C for 10 minutes. Fill them by filling the hollow made with the pistachio cream.
