Pistachios Recipe with Pistachio Cream

Ingredients to prepare the Pistachios

  • 200g of pistachio cream
  • 170g of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 10g of pure pistachio paste
  • 10g of butter

Preparation phase of Pistachios with Cream

  1. Pour the pistachio cream, pure pistachio paste, melted butter and an egg into a bowl. Mix the ingredients together with the help of a whisk.
  2. Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Then add the sifted flour and continue mixing.
  3. You will get a stick. Shape into balls that you will place on a baking sheet previously lined with baking paper, flatten them slightly and make a hollow in the center.
  4. Bake in a preheated static oven at 170 Β° C for 10 minutes. Fill them by filling the hollow made with the pistachio cream.
