Caraci Pistachio products must be used by the expiry date, which is indicated and specified on the product label together with the production lot.

Caraci Pistachio products are made with Pistachio of all types depending on the product, Sicilian Pistachio, Green Pistachio of Bronte PDO and foreign Pistachio can be used.
Yes, many of our products are gluten-free and lactose-free such as the pistachio cream that you can find on the website and also the gluten-free Pistachio Panettone.
Questions about orders and shipments

Credit / debit card : we accept all major circuits
PayPal : fast payment directly from your PayPal account
Cash on delivery: cash payment upon receipt of the product (+ β¬ 5.00)
Bank transfer : you can make a bank transfer yourself by following the instructions during the purchase phase
When you shop online with your credit card, all your information is entered on an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are pre-authorized and approved. We have a very attentive service team. We make sure that the problem is resolved as quickly as possible.
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for order processing during the holidays.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed the same day and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Shipping is Free above β¬ 59.90 and will be made by TNT or BRT or SDA express courier.
Delivery takes place within 24/48 working hours from order fulfillment.
