  • 80 g rice or corn oil or other mild oil
  • 40 g granulated sugar
  • 3 g baking powder

Process Baci di Dama with Pistachio

  1. In a mixer pour the flour, yeast, sugar and oil.
  2. Work until you get a soft dough: weigh and divide the dough into 15 g. Round each individual portion and lightly crush the biscuit.
