Chicken nuggets breaded with Pistachio flour and English curry.
Ingredients:
- 400g chicken fillets
 - 70 g of pistachio flour
 - 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
 - 1 teaspoon of English curry
 
Method:
- Cut the chicken fillet into bite-sized pieces and oil them evenly with the sunflower oil.
 - In a tray pour the pistachio flour and the English curry, mixing so as to mix everything well.
 - Pour the morsels into the breading, taking care to bread them in every part.
 - Proceed to cooking in an air fryer at 190 ° C for about 20min.
 
PS: temperature and time can also be used in a static oven.
