Bocconcini di Pollo al Pistacchio Ricetta caraci

Chicken nuggets breaded with Pistachio flour and English curry.


  • 400g chicken fillets
  • 70 g of pistachio flour
  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon of English curry


  1. Cut the chicken fillet into bite-sized pieces and oil them evenly with the sunflower oil.
  2. In a tray pour the pistachio flour and the English curry, mixing so as to mix everything well.
  3. Pour the morsels into the breading, taking care to bread them in every part.
  4. Proceed to cooking in an air fryer at 190 ° C for about 20min.

PS: temperature and time can also be used in a static oven.
