Ingredients of Dorayaki Pistachio with Cream
- 120g of flour 00
 - 110ml of milk or water
 - 1 egg
 - 190g pistachio cream
 - 80g of powdered sugar
 - 1 level teaspoon of honey
 - a pinch of baking powder
 - butter to taste
 
Process of Dorayaki with Pistachio
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients until the mixture is homogeneous and without lumps.
 - Heat a small pan and grease well with a little butter.
 - Place a few tablespoons of dough in the pan and cook for a few minutes on both sides.
 - Allow the desserts to cool and fill with pistachio cream and chopped pistachios.
