Dorayaki al Pistacchio

Ingredients of Dorayaki Pistachio with Cream

  • 120g of flour 00
  • 110ml of milk or water
  • 1 egg
  • 190g pistachio cream
  • 80g of powdered sugar
  • 1 level teaspoon of honey
  • a pinch of baking powder
  • butter to taste

Process of Dorayaki with Pistachio

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients until the mixture is homogeneous and without lumps.
  2. Heat a small pan and grease well with a little butter.
  3. Place a few tablespoons of dough in the pan and cook for a few minutes on both sides.
  4. Allow the desserts to cool and fill with pistachio cream and chopped pistachios.
