Bronte Pistachio Pizza Ingredients

(yes that's right) Today I want to prepare with you the extraordinary pistachio pizza as only in Bronte we know how to do. Let's start immediately to understand what you need to prepare the dough with 24 hours of leavening. You will need:
- 1 kg durum wheat flour (add 00 flour if you want)
- 700 g of water
- 20 g salt
- 0.5 g fresh brewer's yeast
Toppings for Pistachio Pizza
Once you knead the dough well, I advise you to let it rise for the whole day, so if you want to enjoy your pizza on Saturday night you will knead it on Friday. Once the dough is ready, we need to decide which toppings to use for our pistachio pizza. Well there are various types and tastes, but the one I propose today is very simple to make and offers you a unique, original and intense taste. You will use:
- fior di latte (mozzarella)
- Sicilian pistachio pesto
- ham (cooked or raw) or mortadella
- pistachio flour
- extra virgin olive oil
Start by preparing your pizza, roll it out well in a pan if you use the oven at home or make it nice round if you use a wood oven. After that you will dress it only with mozzarella. Bake at 200 ° for about 7/8 minutes and at this point take it out of the oven and season with pistachio pesto, mortadella, pistachio flour and a drizzle of oil. You will not believe your eyes, indeed your palate!
