Ingredients for crumbled with flour and pistachio cream :
- 1 egg
- 50 g sugar
- 60 g of butter
- 180 g flour
- 50 g pistachio flour
- 40 g corn starch
- Vanilla essence
For the pistachio cream :
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon of pistachio flour
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 250 ml of milk
- 2 generous spoons of pistachio cream
Method for crumbled with flour and pistachio cream :
- Sand the flour with the butter, then add the egg, sugar and pistachio flour, vanilla and refrigerate.
- Prepare the pistachio cream , everyone has their own recipe, this is a very simple one with the spoons roll out 3/4 of the dough, in a pan of 20/22 cm in diameter, add the pistachio cream and on top of crumbled pieces of dough.
- The final touch ?! A little icing sugar and chopped pistachios before serving the cake.
